Creating Power Pictures

Dear friends,

Picture taken in Little Five Points by Ruth Showalter Nov. 4th, 2014

One of the things we love to do in InterPlay is play and interact with the world and art is one of my personal favorites!  This picture was taken on a walk back from lunch with my dear friend, +Hallelujah Truth after we finished at Deep Play session with Atlanta InterPlay.  It was after she took the picture and sent it to me that I really looked at it and saw one of my totems, the owl, gazing down.  I wrote a blog on my deer totem yesterday and thought about this picture and wanted to share.  If you want to check out Owl totems you can here at Spirit Animals.  The pose I'm making makes me smile and think about a recent story I heard on NPR about body poses and changing your mood.  Check it out here:  Does Body Language Shape Who You Are?

What are your favorite poses to strike out in public?  Do you love mural art?  Have you taken a funny picture lately?  I'd love to hear about it!

Wrapping you around with infinite love and playfulness,

Christine
