Creating Day 7 - Reveal you self (ie)

This photo was taken the first weekend of November during the weekend of my "It is Possible" Women's Retreat!  We had just completed a 2,5 mile hike to see the Glen Falls Waterfall in the Nantahala National Forest and my friend captured this moment of balance :) what I am always striving for!
